Ground Runners ("we," "us," or "our") operates groundrunners.com and provides mobile advertising services in Eastern North Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We use Stripe to process all payments. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of groundrunners.com and Ground Runners' mobile advertising services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ground Runners provides mobile LED billboard advertising on car-top units and backpack displays operated in Eastern North Carolina. Specific coverage areas, display schedules, and platform access depend on your selected subscription package.
Ground Runners offers monthly subscription packages (Bronze, Gold, and Platinum). All campaigns start on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, your campaign begins on the 1st of the following month and you will be billed at that time. Platinum advertisers may reserve an industry exclusivity slot up to 3 months in advance — payment is collected immediately at signup and the reserved month is non-refundable.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe on the 1st of each month. By providing payment information, you authorize Ground Runners to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your advertiser dashboard ("Manage Billing") or by contacting us at support@groundrunners.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — your ad will continue to run until that date.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because ad placements are reserved and routes are scheduled in advance, we do not issue refunds for any portion of a billing period already paid, including the current month. This applies to all packages (Bronze, Gold, and Platinum).
Exceptions: If Ground Runners is unable to display your approved ad for reasons within our control for more than 7 consecutive days in a billing period, you may request a prorated credit toward a future month. Credits are applied to your account and are not redeemable for cash. To request a credit, contact us within 30 days of the affected billing period.
Failed payments: If your payment method fails, we will retry the charge for up to 3 days. If payment is not collected, your ad will be suspended until the balance is resolved. Suspended accounts may be terminated after 14 days of non-payment.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements. By submitting ad creative, you confirm that your content:
Ground Runners reserves the right to reject or remove any ad content at our discretion without refund if it violates these guidelines.
Ground Runners makes reasonable efforts to display your ad according to your subscription level. However, we do not guarantee specific impression counts, display times, or geographic coverage on any given day. Factors including weather, vehicle maintenance, and operational needs may affect display schedules.
You retain ownership of your ad creative. By submitting content, you grant Ground Runners a non-exclusive license to display your ad on our mobile billboard network for the duration of your subscription.
The Ground Runners name, logo, and website content are owned by Ground Runners and may not be used without written permission.
Ground Runners' liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Ground Runners may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion with notice. You may terminate your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pitt County, NC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
